IrishKing,

You can do this in the regular Windows Home Server settings. It should let you select any of your websites for the start page.

Hi (The text is automatically translated from French to English translator with Google, I speak and write English as a cow Spanish sorry);)

I have just tested whiist with mediasmart server from HP. Whiist routinely modifies the file "WebSites.xml" which can be found in "C: Inetpub home " when you want to add a website or a link.

For those who have encountered this problem and who have had access to more links webshare HP and HP connect:

Login via Remote Desktop on the server
Go to workstation C: Inetpub home WebSites.xml
Open the file with the WebSites.xml notebook, delete all of its contents and copy the following lines in place

Everything should return to the normally odre

Voila in hope that you ca be useful

Just to inform those that may need to know. I have installed & tested Whiist with a Microsoft SharePoint Services 3.0 site and it works perfectly. SharePoint services was a bit involved to install but it works along with other web sites and the HP Photo Share web site as well. I am runing on an HP MediaSmart Server.

Great addin!

Thanks for the info!

I think I tracked the problem to people changing the privacy settings of one of the HP websites that used to be visible in Whiist 0.78 (0.79 now hides them).

As to your question, yeah both ASP and ASPX are allowed!

FYI - I installed this on my brand new HP WHS and no problems encountered. So the install by itself is 100% fine.

Now I will see if I can create and remove my own sites and keep the default things still working right.

So far this add-in looks great!

Question - Does allow ASP mean ASP and ASPX ?
